Do you build custom software or adapt existing platforms?
Both. When requirements are entirely unique we build custom software from scratch (web, mobile and backend). When a company needs a mature, all-in-one ERP, we implement and customize Odoo to shorten time to launch and reduce cost.
How does e-CF electronic invoicing work with Odoo?
We built a native Odoo module that connects to the DGII. When you validate an invoice in Odoo, it generates the standard-compliant XML, signs it with your digital certificate, requests e-NCF approval and produces the PDF with the required QR code.
Do you offer support and maintenance after delivery?
Yes. Every project includes a technical warranty period, and we offer ongoing support plans, server monitoring, automated backups and continued feature development.
Can you integrate Odoo or custom software with our current systems?
Yes. We build secure APIs and integrations to connect legacy databases, bank portals, e-commerce platforms, payment gateways and messaging such as WhatsApp Business.
Do you work with companies across the whole country?
Yes. We are based in Santo Domingo but provide consulting, development and remote or on-site implementation across the Dominican Republic and internationally.
How long does an Odoo implementation or custom build take?
It depends on scope. A standard Odoo implementation with core modules and e-CF usually takes 4 to 8 weeks; custom projects are planned in 2–4 week sprints after a diagnostic phase.
